Our sizes range from small to large and true to size.
Unfortunately, as of now we don’t offer return labels as returns are made at the customers own cost. We suggest using USPS as it is the most cost efficient shipping method.
Please carefully select your item from our collection as we do not unfortunately accept returns. Store Credit only. If you wish to return an original item that is an unworn item with tags still attached, we will issue you a new size. If you are unhappy with the second attempt, we will issue you a store credit that can be used towards a future purchase that can be used anytime. When we receive your return unworn item, we will process the return within 3-5 business days. Once your return has been processed and your store credit issued, you will receive a store credit code at the email address which you provided at the time of your purchase. Please check your email inbox as well as your spam or junk folders for your store credit code/gift card.
All orders ship in 5-7 business days using USPS, however, it can be sooner. When your order has been shipped, you will be emailed your USPS Tracking and Signature confirmation. Please note, that once your order is delivered and signed off by someone in your household, attempted to be delivered, we are no longer responsible for your packages. It is the customers responsibility to collect all packages from the USPS location stated on the USPS notice of they were not home at time of delivery.
Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for pre-sale orders. This process can sometimes be sooner, but this is the allotted turn around time. However, we advise to keep in contact with us periodically to check the status on any pre orders.
